Petersen's Ice Cream

We went on a trip to Oak Park to check out Petersen's Ice Cream shop. The store was very cute, so I took some pics. I really liked the old fashioned ice cream implements on the wall.

Flight of the Bumble Bee

A few weeks ago, Daycare was teaching the kids about bugs. Each child was assigned a type of bug to learn about. We picked the Bumble Bee for Lex and then made this fun little puppet to illustrate the head, thorax and abdomen.
